The name reflects the contradicting expectations towards HR professionals: "humble" – leading with empathy, always putting the organization and its people before themselves, and "rebels" – challenging outdated thinking, showing authentic leadership, and holding the mirror up in front of others.
And it summarizes what I stand for:
Humble enough to listen, understand, and lead with empathy.
Rebels enough to challenge the status quo, ask better questions, and push for meaningful change — not just for the sake of being different, but because better is possible.
While Humble Rebels is a "one-woman-business", I come with a network of experienced HR and leadership consultants.
